"Nice shorts, but the size ran far too large for me. My regular size (which was also consistent with the provided size chart) could be slipped on and off without unbuttoning! The Hurley return process is the least customer-friendly return process that I can remember using - they don't do exchanges, you can't return to a store (even though there aren't many stores), and I had to pay an excessive return shipping fee. This doesn't encourage me to order again."
