Enjoy free ground economy shipping on any order of $150 or more shipped to an address within the 48 contiguous United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other shipping destinations outside the United States. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated automatically at checkout for qualifying orders when customer selects ground economy shipping. All wetsuits & gear are excluded from this offer.

Orders with 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping placed Monday - Friday may be shipped the same day only if placed by or before 10am PST. Orders placed after 10am PST are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Please contact customer service with any questions about our overnight shipment policy. 

For Colorado residents: Starting July 1, 2022 there will be a delivery fee of $0.27 automatically added to purchases. Retailers will have to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable goods to a Colorado address. The $0.27 fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods for delivery by motor vehicle to Colorado consumers.

Exceptions: The fee doesn’t apply when otherwise taxable goods are delivered to a purchaser that is exempt from the state sales tax, such as government or charitable organization. Likewise, the fee doesn’t apply to deliveries of nontaxable goods, including wholesale sales, so long as the property delivered is exempt from the state sales tax. If a delivery includes both taxable and exempt goods, the delivery fee will apply.

  • Package protection against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling is only valid on orders under $600 USD.   
  • Hurley is exempt of liability if the customer opts out of Green Shipping Protection.
