The Phantom Eco Block Party 18" brings the party to the lineup. Made from Phantom stretch fabric with recycled Repreve® fibers and a DWR coating, it’s light, quick-dry, and made to move. Finished with Block Party stripes, a scalloped leg vent, recycled drawcord, and a velcro back pocket for classic Hurley style.
