We offer a limited one-year wetsuit warranty on any workmanship defects and a six-month warranty on all material defects. All Hurley wetsuit accessories have a 90-day warranty against any defect in both materials and workmanship. Please note, Hurley and our licensed third-party wholesalers are the only parties authorized to determine warranty eligibility. The limited warranty does not cover: Alterations Material defects more than six months from the original date of purchase (90 days for accessories). Products classified as seconds, samples, promotional, or used. Damage caused by sunlight, chlorine, mistreatment, or consequential use. Use of direct sunlight and/or clothes dryer for drying purposes. Requests without valid proof of purchase. Improper fit caused by incorrect size purchased. Tears caused by force or finger gouges during entry or exit of wetsuit

We want you to love shopping at Hurley.com. If wetsuits purchased from Hurley.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Please note that we do not process exchanges at this time, only returns. Items in new condition with all tags attached are not considered "final sale" and can be returned.

You can only initiate a return via our return portal after your order has been shipped. All orders placed on Hurley.com must be returned by mail to our warehouse and cannot be returned in-store. All in-store purchases must be returned to a store location and cannot be returned through online services. We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7 to 14 days from the date your return was delivered to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, please call Customer Service at 855.655.2515 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return. You may be compensated for the return shipping under these circumstances.
