As you are no doubt aware, fuel prices have spiraled upward over the past several months, and presently are higher than they have ever been in our history. We have done everything possible to resist raising our Hurley prices as a way to balance the cost, but this has placed a significant burden on the way we operate our business.
What we hoped was a short-term inconvenience, now looks more long-lasting, and due to the critical nature of the current situation, we can no longer continue to absorb these increased costs. While we will still pay for the majority of the increased fuel costs, we will be implementing a temporary fuel surcharge of 99 cents to every order effective immediately.
We regret that this action is necessary and greatly appreciate your understanding of the dilemma we face as fuel costs increase, and we continue to be grateful for your support for Hurley.

We want you to love shopping at Hurley.com. If products purchased from Hurley.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Please note that we do not process exchanges at this time, only returns. Items in new condition with all tags attached are not considered "final sale" and can be returned. You can only initiate a return via our return portal after your order has been shipped. All orders placed on Hurley.com must be returned by mail to our warehouse and cannot be returned in-store. All in-store purchases must be returned to a store location and cannot be returned through online services. We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7 to 14 days from the date your return was delivered to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, please call Customer Service at 855.655.2515 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return. You may be compensated for the return shipping under these circumstances.
