NON-APPAREL ITEMS RETURN POLICY:

We want you to love shopping at Hurley.com. If non-apparel products purchased from Hurley.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Please note that we do not process exchanges at this time, only returns. Items in new condition with all tags attached are not considered "final sale" and can be returned.

Items subject to this policy are:

Stand Up Paddle Boards, Umbrellas, Scooters, Electric Scooters, Electric Bikes, Bikes, and Chairs.


There is a 10% restocking fee for all non-apparel items listed above. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund.
