U.S Open, Cali Rally, KALANI ROBB SURFING the video game:), FUEL T.V. comedy skits all this month

so i'm back in cali, getting ready to watch or surf???? the U.S OPEN now sponsored by Hurley:) but before that i'm doing a little sponsor hangin with my electric crew and playing a dodgeball game with the boy's from transworld as they come through for the 2009 cali rally.

had a sick time in bali, thanks Hurley guys!!! can't wait for everyone to see what kekoa and i surfed while we were there, i think people will trip out on some of our photo's and video. surfline, transworld, surfer, surfing have been showing some teasers on there web sites, but are saving the best ones for print, so we hope:)

and note, even though my boss!!! pat who i love dearly:)!!! ripped my head off, and slapped my severed head, then pooped down my throat where it use to be, because of a trip he thought i blew in India by not making as he says "a fist" of goals to attain. i will be in surfing next issue and also in about a year it will be in Castles in the Sky by Taylor Steele and i'm really pumped on that one, so i can give pat the fist for once:)!!! of course in a loving way, but none the less fist the little guy!!!!

pat you are the man!!!! thanks for looking out for me cause we all know i can be a sh#t kid sometimes and i need a little hand holding:), and thanks Tom for being a great video guy in bali and getting all our waves from the takeoff and letting us watch our footage:)! pretty cool for a gay guy:) and lucas your nice too, for a fruitbat, don't show the naked stuff of us you took ok:)

Kekoa, he's the next one comin up, without all the hype most kids his age get these days he will be the quiet storm!!!! nice to see a kid that rips without the big head ego!!! his surfing will do the talking for him, he is the hype!!! stoked to be in bali with him, and can't wait for the next one, HAWAIIAN!!!

OH YEAH, keep your eye's out for "KALANI ROBB SURFING " the video game coming soon!!!!! WHAT???? that's right....!!! kelly slater pro surfing was ok, but sorry kelly i might not be 30 time world champ but i can make a video game that kicks everyone's ass!!! stay tuned right here on HURLEY.com.....................end of summer release date, aloha :)k

Kai and I missed the bus somehow, so we surfed with Julian Wilson and Taylor Steele out front and had fun, waves got a little smaller but with the tide should be pretty sick later when it comes up, kai and i are gonna cut the boy's off if they come out for ditching us this morning:) HAWAIIAN, just kidding..........................not!

Hurley House wars!!!!!! It's on, Perillo got his head buzzed, looks really bad, looks like a Aussie guy with a good haircut actually:) so he's got that going for him, but his chick won't want to be seen in public with him for a minute.

Oh the boy's just got back, i asked how it was?, ya'yo said with a frown, it was ok, but the boys from Hawaii were taking all the waves.  HA HA!  See? Karma!!!!! — KRobb

p.s How's my airplane wing looking????, with the screw's poping out of it!!!! fun stuff, i already hate to fly, but here's one more reason.

ok, so we surfed deserts the first day i got here, solid 10 foot i would say, got a few good size ones and a barrel or two, bummed cause ACE got hurt he's been surfing really good and i wanted to try to rip with him, but i guess next trip for that one.

then pandang the next day a fun 6 foot,pretty much got held under two waves Brad thought he was gonna have to save me, and he was talking about c.p.r the day before so i could have gave him some practice!!! grossssss:)!!!!

 today we are surfing cungu,changgu? whatever's? it's called? really fun, trying to get the shot so i don't get shot from the bossman patch o'connel:) getting there bud!!!

Hey, friends. Just got back from a crazy trip to India. About 10 days ago, I was hanging in LA, just getting my boards dialed after a trip to New Zealand. I got a call from Taylor Steele. He was, like, "What are you up to, Kalani?" I go, "Just here, down for whatever." He said, "Wanna leave go to India tomorrow?" So I rush to the place in LA to get my visa, buy a ticket, and next thing I know I'm on a plane to India.

We were filming for Taylor's next movie called "Castles In The Sky," which is basically "Sipping Jetstreams 2." We had a small crew: Rasta came, Taylor, Dustin Humphrey, Nathan Myers from SURFING Magazine a couple other guys. First day waves were bad but we surfed this beachbreak that was kind of like California. The water was HOT, like taking a bath and the air was even hotter. And just so many people everywhere. It was like no place I had ever been: like those Indiana Jones movies. Monkey brains and snake charmers and shit.

The waves got pretty fun at the beachbreak over the next couple of days and I tried my hardest to get good footage for the movie. It was a fun, dumpy two-maneuver left and even a few barrels. Every night we'd check out the footage and I think I did OK. When Taylor's filming, it always brings the best out in my surfing. So, after a few days of this beachbreak, the guys heard about some other wave that you had to get to by boat. It was at least another five-day journey, and I'm not good on boats. So those guys went for it and I headed back to LA, knowing that I got some good stuff for the movie. It feels good to be back here, but I'm already ready for the next mission. -- KR
