Return Policy

Please email customer service at hurley_store@hurley.com or call us at 855-641-8850 to process returns and exchanges. Include your order number and return/exchange items and a customer service representative will provide you with a return authorization number.

-Exchange or refund within 30 days.
-Items must be unwashed and unworn, in new resalable condition.
-Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable
-Items sold within the United States may be returned. No International shipments, including Canada

Returns
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your back statement.

Exchanges
We are able to exchange items of the same price. In order to process an exchange, please call our customer service team at 855-641-8850. If you are looking to exchange your product for product of a different price, you will need to process a return and place an order for the new product online. 
 


Defective Items
In the rare instance that your order arrives defective, please take a picture of the defect and send it to Hurley_Store@hurley.com along with your order number and first and last name. Please explain in the email what the defect is and we will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation. 

Wrong Items
If you received the wrong item, please take a picture of the product and the tags and send it to Hurley_Store@hurley.com along with your order number and first and last name. We will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation. 

Undeliverable Items
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on Hurley.com. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory. 
If you never received your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, please call customer service at 855-641-8850 and we will file a claim with UPS. 

Items that can’t be returned to Hurley.com
Please be advised that certain items are final sale, and non-refundable. This includes any personalized items (including Phantom Create products), girls swimsuits, and items that were not purchased on hurley.com.  Please note that phantom create orders are placed we are not able to make any changes to, or cancel the order.
