Young Canngu local surfer Jeron surfed an incredible event to be crowned runner-up at this years King of the Groms in Bali. The waves were super fun and the grom that arguably surfs more than anyone in the world stepped up over the last few days of competition to win every one of his heats, all the way up until the final where he was defeated by 16 year old, Sandi Slamet.
Keep in mind that Jeron is only 12 years old, 4 years younger than the winner. I am sure that Jeron will come back and win this thing... maybe even four times in a row!
