Scared to part ways with more than half a grand for a new surfboard? Timmy Curran's here to help. Not with the financial part (sorry), but with the telling yourself it's worth it part. He's been riding a boatload of Channel Island surfboards in order to let you know which ones work the best and in what conditions. It’s a tough job but someone's got to do it.
