The Volcom Damn Am skate contest took place this weekend, just down the street from Hurley in Costa Mesa. Curren Caples had an impressive ride, and with a frontside wall ride, frontside noseblunt down the the hand rail and a 180 nosegrind, he took 1st place in the overall competition.
