Last week, Hurley took home the Surf Industry Manufacturing Association (SIMA) Image Award for Boardshort of the Year for the fifth consecutive year. While the award specifically honors the the design and innovation around the Phantom, we can't help but also reflect on the larger meaning of this award. It is an award that is voted on not only by our retailers but also by our "competition" and peers in the industry. It's an award that represents the feedback and buying patterns of our consumers that reinforce the knowledge that we're making a great product. But most of all it's is a reminder of what the power of working as a team can achieve. We are incredibly humbled and honored to have received this award but most of all, we are proud to be Hurley.
