The 2012 Rip My Shred Stick Tour was treated to a great day of fun, surfing and sunshine at Second Beach in Middletown, Rhode Island. The waves were perfect, the water was warm and the wind was light offshore -- doesn't get much better. On hand to enjoy the amazing conditions were 70 of Middletown and Newport's best young Rhody surfers who took to the water and put on a show for the judges, pros and the huge crowd on the beach. Things really started to heat up in later in the day as Kai Jenkins and Sean Dungan battled it out in the bonus round final. In the end it was Kai who took home the big win along with a new GoPro camera, Phantom Create boardshorts, Spy sunglasses and other goodies from Mophie, Shark, Futures, Stance, Transworld.
