It's safe to say that if Cardiff By The Sea had a mayor, and Rob had a thing for wearing suits and offices, he'd be elected mayor in a heart beat. He just is Cardiff. But thankfully Rob prefers suits of the neoprene variety and likes to spend his time at one of his favorite breaks, Seaside, instead of ribbon cutting and budget planning.
